Improving the Petroleum Engineering competency of operator personnel is one of the main aims of eFrac®. We will specifically address the required stimulation competency requirements of operators.

eFrac® is an applied research organisation and our business model is based on continuous improvement of our personnel in their chosen technical disciplines, where people are encouraged to ‘challenge and optimise the paradigm’. To do this it is a key requirement that we continually transfer knowledge, so that as a minimum, operator personnel have the basic skills to do routine tasks. This enabled us to save costs and also means that our personnel remain technically challenged by concentrating on the more technical aspects of production enhancement problems, which in turn allows us to stay ahead of the competition.

eFrac® ensures knowledge transfer by the use of tailor-made eFrac® programs, that include:

  • Briefings
  • Lunch-and-Learn
  • Presentations
  • Mentoring
  • Workshops
  • Training courses

By use of bespoke programs, the eFrac® service is able to help operators ensure production enhancement knowledge transfer so that they can properly adopt ‘industry best practices’.

eFrac® is an approved Barree & Associates training company and is able to offer head office,  regional or ‘in-house’ training courses world-wide on GOHFER® and Hydraulic Fracturing, such as the following:
